2015 Marketing Procurement Benchmarking Study


The 2015 survey was created in association with Prodigious and distributed to over 3000 Marketing Procurement professionals from companies across Europe.

The main aim of the survey was to find out their opinions on topics such as where they see the future of marketing procurement, how their teams are structured through to key added value drivers that they have or expect to deliver for their marketing stakeholders.

Key findings from the report include:

•    Three quarters of procurement marketing departments either have plans to restructure, or may consider restructuring in future.                    

•    71% say cost saving is the main KPI for marketing procurement in their organisations   

•    58% think their marketing procurement department is able to consistently demonstrate 'value add' (other than delivering cash savings) to their marketing stakeholder

•    85% see their future of marketing procurement as being an internal consultant, who works with stakeholders to look for solutions to their business problems
